Adult Anger Management Group

Type:     Open, Support/Process Group

Ages:     18+ years old

Length:   1 hour/10 week cycle

          Mondays, 6:00-7:30 - Sanctuary, Incorporated

          Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30 - Astumbo Senior Citizen Center

Cost:      $20.00 per class

This group instructs adults on the effects of anger and how to handle it appropriately in their lives.  Various skills are taught to help control anger issues at home and in their workplace.  Topics include dealing with rage and hostility towards other people, control techniques to manage anger effectively and coping mechanisms.  This class is taught by a Certified Anger Management Facilitator (CAMF).
