COPED will be hosting it's 12th annual Too Cool for Drugs conference in 2008.  The conference supported by Pacific Daily News and other community partners includes special presentations and workshops to help promote a drug-free lifestyle to youth on Guam.

Every year the conference gets bigger and better. In 2007, the conference had record attendance and is regarded as the most successful so far.
